Application:

The EEG pattern template serves as a guide for placing the standard leads F3/F4, C3/C4, O1/O2 according to AASM for polysomnography examinations.

1. Place the template on the head and align it with the anatomical reference points (e.g. nasion, inion, ears).
2. Mark the electrode positions (F3/F4, C3/C4, O1/O2) directly through the openings with a skin-friendly marker.
3. Remove the template - the EEG positions are now visible and ready for electrode placement.
