Returns & Complaints

CNSAC MedShop GmbH will only issue credit notes for CNSAC MedShop GmbH products that are returned directly to CNSAC (Biebelrieder Str. 42, D-97288 Theilheim, Germany) in accordance with this policy.

All returns must be authorized in advance in writing by CNSAC MedShop GmbH. Please use our standard "Returned Goods Authorization Form (RGA)", which will be provided to the customer upon request.

The RGA form can be requested by the customer within 7 days of receipt of the goods and must be completed in full with all required information, including product name, batch number, reason for return, etc.

CNSAC will verify proof of purchase before authorizing a return. To be eligible for credit, all products must be returned to CNSAC complete, unopened and undamaged (unless already received damaged by the customer) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of written return authorization from CNSAC MedShop GmbH.

Please inspect deliveries for completeness and any damage immediately upon receipt.
