Returned Goods Policy
CNSAC MedShop GmbH will issue credit only on CNSAC MedShop GmbH products which returned directly to CNSAC Logistikcenter Europa (Am Sonnenstuhl 65, D-97236 Randersacker) in accordance with this Policy. All returns must be authorized in writing in advance by CNSAC MedShop GmbH. Please use our standard „Returned Goods Authorization Form (RGA)“ which will be provided to Customer upon request. The RGA form can be requested within 7 days of the customer receiving the goods and should be compeleted with all required information including product name, lot number, reason for the return etc. CNSAC will proof the purchase prior to autorization of any return.
In order to be eligible for credit, all products must be returned to CNSAC MedShop GmbH in full, unopened, undamaged (unless received by Customer in damaged condition) within fourteen (14) days of Customer’s receipt of CNSAC written return authorization.
