Your statutory warranty rights
As a consumer, you have statutory rights in the event of defects in the goods you purchase. These rights exist independently of any additional voluntary warranty that may be offered.
CNSAC MedShop GmbH, as the seller, is liable for defects that exist at the relevant time in accordance with statutory provisions.
If goods are defective, you may, depending on the statutory requirements and the specific situation, be entitled in particular to supplementary performance (repair or replacement delivery) and, where applicable, a reduction of the purchase price or withdrawal from the contract.
Statutory warranty rights are governed by the applicable statutory provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
How can you report a defect?
If you believe that goods delivered by us are defective, you can notify us of the defect using our returns form» .
Where possible, please provide your order number, the affected goods, and a brief description of the defect. For medical devices, additional information, such as the batch or LOT number, may be helpful. We will review your report and inform you about the next steps.
Statutory warranty and voluntary guarantee
The statutory warranty is distinct from a voluntary manufacturer's guarantee or retailer's guarantee.
A voluntary guarantee exists only if it has been expressly offered or promised. Such a guarantee does not restrict your statutory warranty rights.
